Don your best runners for a circuit run around one of Tasmania's most beautiful locations, the Freycinet Peninsula!
Runners from all over the nature state and across the country will be taking part in the Freycinet Circuit on Sunday June 23, with participants able to choose between taking the shorter 10 km trail run via Wineglass Bay and Hazards Beach or challenge themselves with the 29 km circuit stopping by Mt Graham and Cooks Beach.
If you want to take part in the 29 km circuit it's compulsory to have a space blanket, a thermal top, water (drink bottle or bladder), a head torch, food (chocolate/energy bar) and a roller bandage.
Additional warm clothing such as gloves, beanies and waterproof tops may also be necessary – just in case it turns out to be an unfavourable forecast!
Participants are also able to fully take in their experience of the gorgeous Freycinet, by camping or booking accommodation within Freycinet National Park or Coles Bay, located close by.
The 26 km run will kick off first at 08:30, with participants to register between 07:45 and 08:15 at the Wineglass carpark.
The 10 km run will then begin at 09:00, with runners to register at the Wineglass carpark between 08:15 and 08:45.
Follow the link from the Endorfun website to register, with entries closing Friday June 21.
