Make the most of the final red, gold and yellow tones of autumn by heading outdoors on a Lazy Runner workshop this May!
The Tasmanian Lazy Runner workshops will run from May 18 to 19, with these two-hour sessions showing how your training is working for you, and what you can do to improve your running or results.
You can also learn some effective ways to make running easier, and pick up various tips including which stretches to do for certain muscles.
Runners with a base of five kilometres or more can attend the Hobart Lazy Runner workshop from 08:00 to 10:00 on May 18, or the afternoon session in Launceston on May 19 from 16:00 to 18:00.
Those keen on getting back into running or who would otherwise consider themselves as a beginner can take part in the workshops in Hobart on May 18 from 16:00 to 18:00, or the sessions on May 19 from 08:00 to 10:00.
There are also beginner workshops in Launceston on May 19 from 14:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.
All workshops are $50 if you book and pay prior to the session, and include a copy of the New Lazy Runner Book.
If the workshop hasn't sold out, participants can join in on the day for $70.
