Four-piece indie pop group San Cisco are making their mark on the world, with an appearance at SXSW 2013 in Austin, Texas earlier this year and finding success with their music in the UK and Europe.

With three EPs and an album to their name, big things are expected from Fremantle's San Cisco!

The band were nominated for a 2011 Unearthed J Award and came to prominence with their lead single Awkward, from their 2012 EP.

Tasmanian fans of San Cisco can catch the group in their Launceston show on Thursday June 6 at Hotel New York or their Hobart show on Friday June 7, which was later moved from Wrest Point to The Republic Bar at North Hobart.

Make sure to get in quick, with the Western Australian band selling out shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

San Cisco will be joined by fellow Aussie band Millions and Brooklyn-based duo Chaos Chaos in their Tasmanian shows.

If you're interested in going to the Launceston show you can purchase your tickets from the Oz Tix website.

Hobart fans can head to the Mosh Tix website, with both shows R18, so don't forget your photo ID!
